Loodusturismi korralduse eriala õppekäik Soome 18.-19.01.18

English trip to Padise Manor

Our trip got started on December 3, 2017. We gathered in front of the school to wait for the bus. At first the preconception of the Padise Manor was modest but after getting there we understood just how beautiful it really was and what kind of history that manor is carrying. Our room was called Margarethe and when entering the room, we were sure that we were lucky enough to get the most beautiful one. While being in that room, we had no wish to leave.

In the evening of the first day we went to the grand final filming of "Su Nägu Kõlab tuttavalt" The Estonian version of "Your face sounds familiar" which was being filmed in Saku Suurhall. We had surprisingly good seats reserved and the show was awesome. I have always been interested in what happens during commercial breaks and now I know.

The winner of "Su Nägu Kõlab tuttavalt was Valter Soosalu"

Tickets to the show

On the second day, the VAT theatre came to visit us. At the beginning, we played teamwork games with Mairi Tikerpalu. After that we had to improvise various tasks about typical hotel problems with Mari-Liis Velberg and Erika Sall.

After lunch we had a guided tour in the Padise Monastery. The guide talked about the history of the
monastery and the local monks.

English trip to Padise Manor

                                        Padise Mõisa trip

So this trip started on 3.12.2017 and I´m going to write about our first day.
First of all, we drove to Padise Mõis, there we saw our rooms. I shared my room with Merilyn. In our room we had two beds, TV and more this kind of stuff. Unfortunately, we did´t have a toilet and shower room in our room, so we had to leave our room and there was one in the hall.

This is, what we had in our closet.

This is, what we had in shower room.

Then we ate some kind of ice-cream yogurt, which had interesting  taste and some warm food.

And then we drove in Tallinn to see ´´Śu nägu kõlab tuttavalt´´ . It was very cool and I enjoyed it very much.

Here I´m with Ženja Fokin

In Padise were a lot of spruces and they all were so nice and big as you can see in the picture.
