Soovijad said ise osaleda lühifilmi loomises. Kuna varem polnud keegi meist seal käinud, siis pakkus see koht meile palju põnevaid avastusi.

Pärast seda lõunatasime pubis Scotland Yard. Peale kosutavat lõunat ja meeldivat koosviibimist läksime edasi Energia Avastuskeskusesse.

Seal meid ootas põnev välgudemonstratsioon, seejarel toimus ringkäik giidiga, kus meile tutvustati erinevaid eksponaate, mille abil saab füüsikanähtusi turvaliselt uurida.

Kokkuvõttes võib öelda, et sellised projektid avardavad silmaringi, tutvustavad meile põhjalikumalt Eesti ühiskonda, kultuuri ja inimesi. See on hea võimalus praktiseerida, harjutada ja õppida eesti keelt ja paremini tundma õppida eestikeelseid koolikaaslasi.
Meil on hea meel, et saime selles projektis osaleda.

Tänud kõigile osalejatele!

Aitäh, PRÕM!

Trip to Tallinn

Trip to Tallinn

On 20th of March we went with BT-17, M-17 to Estonian History Museum in Maarjamäe palace, Energy Discovery Centre, also went to eat lunch at Scotland Yard pub. A few Russian students with teachers went to Film Museum instead of Estonian History Museum, later they joined us.

Estonian History Museum

The Estonian History Museum is located in Tallinn Maarjamäe palace. The story of the Estonian History Museum begins in 1802. For centuries, the place we now know as Maarjamäe was one of the many places in Tallinn where people flocked to enjoy the summer season. Back then, this place was called Strietberg.
The restored palace opened its doors to the public as a branch museum of the Estonian History Museum in 1987. Now it is a very good attraction for tourists. Also there are some small shops where you can buy history-themed and other souvenirs.

Scotland Yard pub

We had our lunch break in Scotland Yard pub which is located in Tallinn. For appetizer we eat pure soup. For main course we had meat with potatoes and some onion. And for dessert we had one little applepie with jam.

Energy Discovery Centre

After lunch we went to Energy Discovery Centre to see Lighting demonstration and one "Let your hair stand up!" or static electricity demonstration. When you touch the globe with an electrode (A charge of up to 150,000 volts), you can feel your hair stand up, the experiment is really just a fun experience.

Trip to Tallinn

Our trip to Tallinn

The first place we visited was the Estonian history museum.
It`s located in Tallinn, the capital city.

When we arrived at the destination the weather was horrible. It was snowing really bad and it ruined our mood. After that we headed to the museum itself. There was a guide waiting for us. Usually guides are boring but to me she was interesting and fun to listen to. On the otherhand Kert didn't enjoy the guide's presence. He preferred looking around by himself.

The museum was pretty cool, we approve.

We had 3-course lunch at Scotland Yard pub.
For the appetizer we had some kind of  soup, it was quite good.
Main course was steake with potatoes and fried vegetables.
Desert was a piece of apple pie with blueberry sauce.

It was the day high point!

The second place we visited was energy center.
It`s also located in Tallinn.

There was some interesting stuff there to see and play around with.
Also the lighting show..which was AWESOME!!

Trip to Tallinn

On the 20th of March Haapsalu Vocational Educational Training school office work and hospitality services students had a trip to Tallinn. First we visited Maarjamäe castle, where the guide told us about the history of that building and about Estonian history and victory.

After the tour we had lunch at Scotland Yard pub. We had three course meal. First there was a soup. Main dish was meat, potatoes and onions and the dessert was an apple cake. We were really full after that but our program wasn't over yet.

We learned about electricity in Energy Discovery Center. There was a lightning show and experience, where they raised hair with static electricity.

Driving back home everybody where sleeping in the bus, because it was long but interesting day.
